Together with colleagues from 2nd Level Support, Operations and Software Development, the Product Resolution Engineering team ensures that our customers can fully leverage the potential of moneo. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and resolving complex, escalated customer cases using modern AI and agentic coding tools
- Performing root cause analyses down to code level and developing sustainable solutions
- Implementing workarounds, bug fixes and technical optimizations, including quality assurance activities
- Identifying recurring issues and translating them into product improvements
- Building technical knowledge for support and development teams through documentation, runbooks and best practices
- Actively shaping and advancing AI-assisted engineering practices across the organization

Required qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in software development with C#/.NET, as well as experience analyzing complex software systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development and agentic coding (e.g. Claude Code)
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies and databases is required; Linux skills and Kubernetes expertise are desirable
- Good German and excellent English language skills, combined with a customer-focused, self-driven and solution-oriented approach to work, are essential
