Your task
You will ensure that the needs of the company are reflected and established in the Sales Cloud of our globally deployed CRM tool, Salesforce.
- Identify and structure the various requirements of the Salesforce users from the global sales force
- Discuss the requirements with the product owner and support the product development according to the SCRUM working method
- Together with the product owner, develop a roadmap of the Sales Cloud and communicate it to your end users
- Support roll-outs of the Sales Cloud in the ifm countries
- Support the team with your expertise in choosing and introducing innovative new developments in the Sales Cloud
Your profile
- You have a degree or completed an education in the commercial field
- You have already gained first experience with Salesforce CRM (also possible as a user)
- You have already gained experience in sales areas, perhaps even internationally
- You are a team player - open, structured and with strong communication skills
- It is no problem to exchange and discuss technical issues with our international team in English
- Dealing with the common MS Office tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint or JIRA is daily business for you
