Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and simulation of analog circuits in CMOS technology based on the specification to be defined
  • Implementation of the analog circuits in a layout
  • Validation of the design in all operational areas, taking parasitic effects into account
  • Support with the metrological characterisation of the developed circuits
Your Profile:
  • Technical degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics or a comparable course of studies
  • Good knowledge of integrated analog circuit technology
  • First experience in the ASIC design flow from specification to tape-out
  • Understanding of parasitic effects and noise sources in semiconductor processes is an advantage
  • Confident use of EDA tools, preferably Cadence DFII
  • Basic knowledge of mixed-signal design and verification
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English
